Comfortable, attractive room, but lots of street noise. Would have liked bar soap, rather than only body wash. The quilt on the bed was too small for a king size bed. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Location is convenient.

Unwelcoming and rundown.

Was super happy and chipper when we arrived at the hotel, as it was my birthday, and I had just had a wonderful day/evening with my family. My husband and I arrived, said good evening to the man at the front desk to which we received ZERO response. Each attempt at pleasantries was met with a level of curt and abruptness that was a little baffling. The entire interaction felt unwelcoming. I Initially passed it off, until I observed the warm and friendly greeting each of the 3 customers following us received. Not only did he greet them, he was also engaging. I then wondered what was different?!?!šŸ¤”šŸ¤” Hotel bathroom/shower/tub was a bit run down and could do with an upgrade. Felt deceived with the ā€œparking availableā€ when I asked for a printed receipt upon checkout and was handed a bill for parking!!!???!??

I appreciated the staffā€™s helpfulness and respect. Unfortunately, there was no lotion, or shampoo in the containers! The room temperature was so hot, 79 degrees! I couldnā€™t adjust the heat down so I finally had to put the aircondioner on in the middle of winter! Also, the toasted bagel I was served seemed stale, it was very hard to bite and chew; it felt like I was going to break a tooth! šŸ˜®
