My complain is if you have a room cleaned up or available, why don’t you just let me check in first ? I was totally worn out the day when I got off the plane from a long flight, Upon arrival in the hotel , it was 1:00 pm , and I was told that I have to wait until 3 pm to check in , the lady in the front desk seemed to be quite polite but kind of hostile , then I waited an hour to ask her again , she gave me the same answer, then I had to wait another 45 minutes until she left and a guy sat on the front desk , he managed to check in for me !

Good for the price
Clean room. Only issue was the heat was not easy to set the temperature. No temper list on the unit. Would have liked a recliner in the room. Most rooms have a recliner.
