The heater every time turn off on set in 65 degrees and that made my room too cold every night and I try to set at higher temperature and this back to 65 degrees. Wasn’t a good experience with the heater.

The woman at the front desk named tamika repeatedly called my guest telling them they should get ready to check out when he is an adult and is well aware of when to check out. She was very rude, repeatedly hung up on me and even lied and said she was the manager and then proceeded to fast ralk me and say “ he not getting a refund” when i was calling to verify was he was called repeatedly to get up and leave. As a working mae he shouldnt feel rushed for something he paid his money for

The location of the hotel is excellent with plenty around to explore. The staff running the front desk were so kind, attentive, and accommodating! I appreciated the genuine effort to insure my stay was comfortable. The room was basic, but kept clean. Thank you, cleaning staff. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, and the tv had basic cable channels. They offer breakfast options in the morning such as yogurt, bagels, cereal, coffee. That was appreciated. Overall, the stay was wonderful. We had a nice time visiting the city. We appreciated the people running this Days Inn! Thank you all. :)

the staff member at the front was confused when i checked in, tried charging me for someone elses room despite having my ID with my information. then at check out the power went out and my card was not processed for the incidentals hold refund. i have not heard back from the property all day. just generally disorganized and the bed/pillows and blanket are SO uncomfortable. super thin blankets, crunchy sheets, such awful pillows. power outlets by the bed were used so much they were too loose to plug anything into so our devices were consistenly dying and the TV is so old its hardly functional. would not display show titles, no streaming services, and it was so slow to change the channels. main issue really was the attempt to charge me for someone elses stay despite me already paying, then being shown the names of other hotel attendees as they tried to prove to me i "had not paid". there was another staff member present who was able to resolve the situation thankfully, and she was quite helpful and polite. but nothing was done to rectify the issues we experienced and we left pretty disappointed.

Dont Stay Here please🙏

I didn't stay there... they literally kicked me out because my 1st ctedit card declined the security fee. By the time I transfered the funds to fix the situation. My room was canceled and I was not so nicely told to leave. It was raining and cold and i just needed a place to charge my phone as I attempted ro book another room through this site and was again kicked out of a hotel for an expired license. I slept in the train station last night!. The customer service was awful the 'owner' is heartless. I live Philly and that atra and was excited to spend today at Reading Market. Intead i just got home round 2 (in the afternoon) and I cant even keep my eyes. Merry Christmas to @everyone!!!
