Property was a little outdated, walls were chipping off. No charger port or outlet near the bed. Had no cold water initially upon checking in. Cleanliness was subpar the bathroom was not thoroughly clean and needed new towel due to stains.

Only thing I like was the fact it was close to the blvd. so I could get to work. I didn’t like anything about the hotel very old low maintenance, no air conditioning in the lobby or through out the building. It was a kings size bed that felt like a box spring, not to mention the it was a twin size headboard up against the bed. Bathroom nasty. Walls were damaged and lack of a clean rag to wash them down. It definitely needs to be up graded

It was 100 degrees outside and 95 degrees in the lobby. Room had trash on the floor not cleaned from prior tenants. $140.00 for no fridge, no iron. I did not see a "dining area". What I DID SEE was the desk clerk AND "SECURITY GUARD" both asleep with mouths wide open when I came down to check out at 4am Sunday morning(Still dark outside in a rough side of town).

Smelly and Sleepless
The room smelled like a litter box filled with cat urine. We had to keep the room exceptionally cool, otherwise the smell would be unbearable in the heat. Room was generally really dingy and ill-kept. Mattresses were up on metal boxes and were quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower curtain bar fell right off the wall when we tried to close the curtain. The latch on the bathroom door would not allow the door to close all the way. I've spent sub-$60 rates on roadside motel rooms in better condition than this.

The most disgusting and scary place I have ever stayed in. The whole room smelled like smoke and pee. The area was unsafe, the hallways smelled like weed.

It was way overpriced, the check in was cumbersome and the front desk was not friendly. There was one plug in the room and more flies than plugs.

The property is a hot spot for SW and attracts that cast of characters. Room was out dated with lots of rust and chipping paint. we would never recommend any one stay here
