Nice Staff, OK Rooms, Very Hot Rooms

Super nice check in desk ladies around 7pm on a busy Saturday. Room was very hot when we got to it (Jan in Philly with winter storm coming) ... turned down the a/c but 3 hours later it was even hotter (I'm going to say 85+ degrees). No answer from calling the front desk a few times so went down. Again, very helpful - moved us to another room (had maintenance check it was cool before we moved). Somewhat disappointingly, the system wasn't even on in the new room when we got there but it was cooler than the last room - still the cooling function didn't work. Soon heated up - maintenance came & basically said the building cooling was not working right now (the heat was) so there was nothing that could be done to cool things down (windows don't open). Seriously don't understand how a room can be over 80 degrees & climbing when it's in the 20s outside. Room itself was decent - nice big tv, could use a better clean.

Quick and pleasant stay

Very friendly staff. Had suggestions about parking and airport travel. We’re very nice to our kids. Hotel and room were very clean and looked newly renovated. We didn’t get to spend much time in the lobby, but it looked nice to hang out in.

Decent stay!

The stay was decent, no one answers the front desk phone, so when you have a problem, be prepared to go to the front desk directly. We had an issues with our heat but someone was able to come and fix it. The bar/restaurant was nice but not enough wait staff.
