My plane was late so I arrived at 3am; I called to schedule the shuttle and was told they would arrive in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes I called again and was told they would be 10 minutes. Over an hour later I finally received a ride. I did not arrive to the airport until 4:40am. The hotel was very nice however the bed was hard and the sheets were thin. I will say the staff and shuttle drive (she was just starting the 4am shift) were very nice and the only reason I did not cause a huge ruckus for the shuttle mishap

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I love the convenience to Downtown and the airport. However, I think it is time for them to replace the carpets in the rooms and hallways. Overall I feel the common areas need a nice deep cleaning before it is too late. I think the parking fees are obnoxious. The breakfast service needs more people working it to take orders. Folks are sitting too long before they get service.

Very nice hotel staff very friendly. Had a bad experience with the vending machine. Took my money and didn’t get the product. Also went to make change to give a tip and the hotel is a no cash at check in desk.

We have stayed at hotel a couple times. We always book a nights stay if we have early flights. Hotel is very nice and clean. Very convenient for airport and shuttle service is amazing. We love the shuttle driver in the am she is amazing. She has such a great personality and is very sweet. Unfortunately somethings have changed. I was throw very off guard when checking in. When booking thru Expedia it asks you for the add ons of lot and food. When arriving and checking in I was thrown off guard by the deposit fee of 150.00 I never had to pay this deposit fee before when I had booked thru Expedia. This time when checking in they made me pay deposit fee of 150.00 that is refundable 2-3 days after check out.They also changed the parking lot it is now thru a QR code online. I scanned code and it wanted me to pay. I tried to explain to the front desk personnel that I have already payed when booking. She was not very helpful what so ever and her answer is well I don’t know what to tell you that is the way it is. I showed her my papers which got me know where. Front desk check in personal for hotel are definitely not the same as the shuttle service and definitely need some work on customer service. I understand changes but when changes are made they should also be updating thru the sights they use to sell rooms. This is very upsetting when you are not aware and you show up thinking you are paid and you are stuck paying 250.00 more than expected.

From my check in to check out, even the shuttle bus to the Airport the staff when out of their way to make my stay wonderful. The room was extremely nice. Even the food at the bar was very good, and responsibility priced.
