I wish there was someone to actually check me out on departure . The lady was distracted watching tv and just asked for my room number and said I will receive an email. I had two rooms and wanted to pay for all parking on my bill. Then I texted the valet to bring my car, waited well beyond the response time and the attendant came out surprised that I was standing there. Asked for my ticket number and only then did I get my car. I know early morning hours are tough regarding staffing, but it was a huge inconvenience all around.

Friendly and helpful welcome on arrival. Room was excellent and spacious. Hotel is located pretty much next to City Hall making it a good location for visiting most of the city area and is also handy for the metro system too.

The primary and indeed the only complaint was the fact that the room, which overlooked the outdoor pool, played music on the outdoor speakers the entire night and disturbed my sleep to the extent that I was awake for 2-3 hours during a time that would have been given to sleep. The hotel should have an automatic switch-off of the speakers at a reasonable hour of night.
