Like other Center City hotels at its price point, it’s very nice and caters to mix of business and tourist travel so each one benefits from the other. Superb gym & downstairs lounge area. Topnotch front desk. Lots of restaurants and ‘real’ neighborhoods to walk to in any direction, plus ridiculously close to transportation. (Philly does the ‘tourist-friendly hotels that aren’t in an all-touristy area’ better than other American cities imo.) If you don’t know the CC area, a couple streets are a little sketch at night but honestly they’re all safe, don’t freak out.

my experience was not as restful, the room itself was clean, and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However , I encountered a couple of issues that affected my comfort. The sink in the kitchen has a constant dripping sound that added to the disturbance. I reported in the front desk, but it wasn't fixed during my stay. I hope the hotel takes care of these maintenance issues. as the location and service have potential. Until them, I would recommend bringing earplug or checking on the room condition ahead of time.

I was thrilled that oat milk was an option at breakfast. I don’t drink milk from cows so having oat milk to put in my cereal and my coffee was a huge bonus and shows how modern this hotel is.

Great hotel

The staff was amazing and helpful. Our room was not stocked with any type of soaps and missing a towel set. The front desk was quick to get them up to us. I also let them know that there was liquid soap spilled all over the bathroom counter and it dripped onto the floor prior to our arrival. (I cleaned it up since we had small children) other than that the room was clean, breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfy! I would definitely stay there again, but would no walk to the right side of the hotel. Very dangerous looking compared to the left side 😣

The valet workers were extremely rude. Being the first time here, there was nowhere to park and nobody would give me direction on where to go. The one snotty kid kept yelling to move my car. When I asked if he was valet, he just said “I’m moving cars and you need to move”.
