Very convenient location! About 1 mile from 30th street station. Easy walk if you don't have luggage, or short uber ride. Right near many main sites like City Hall and Reading Terminal Market. Endless dining and shopping options. I wish they had the evening reception on the nights we were there, but it's only on certain nights. I did appreciate the water and fruit available in the lobby!

Overall, the property was really good. But you as Expedia need to change your parking instructions that you email. You said if planning to go valet to go directly to the garage on 15th St. and that is 100% incorrect. You were supposed to go to the front of the hotel and not into the parking garage as it is a one way and they were highly upset. Please adjust your instructions on your end as I brought it up to them and they said That that is not something they have ever told anyone to do.

Not good experience

The hotel is not as expected. Inside the room the curtain was broken not able to be rolled up or down to adjust height. The shampoo was finished in the midst of showering which caused great inconvenience. The shower room floor was very slippery with no handle. Central air was very loud and if you turned to auto fan it’s on and off and could wake you up from sleep. Do not expect anything good from the complimentary breakfast.. it’s super crowded and the food was just plain w limited choices.

Great room

Location is great right near city hall, room had a great view with large windows! The room was clean with lots of seating, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the usual items for a hot breakfast. My only complaint is that if you go at a busy time the elevators to get back to your room it takes a bit. There was a line of people to get back to their rooms after eating. Would stay there again for sure
