The fully automated shades never worked and and it was really annoying to open/close them. Also, the light switch in the bathroom was broken. Cleaning tabs to run the dishwasher washer were also not provided in the room.

This is a great location. Walkable to shops and restaurants and Love Park, Art museum, and Reading Terminal Market. Our room was spacious and the kitchenette with regular size fridge and sink is really nice for extended stays. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was extremely nice and located in an area that was very convenient. Next to a lot of food places and stores. I was able to get an early check in & the hotel also came with breakfast which was good.

The hotel was clean however my room had a sewage smell when you first enter (I think I read this on another review). I sprayed and lit a candle and since I was there one night declined the offer to switch rooms. I did notify the front desk. The valet process was a bit confusing. The staff I encountered when I drove up didn't appear welcoming which made me want to reconsidering staying the evening. The morning valet staff when I left was a little more welcoming. I did like Dolce Italian restaurant. I probably wouldn't return back to Element.

The location was ideal, within easy reach of great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a handy kitchenette—though I did wish there had been some crockery and drinking glasses. The daily breakfast was a plus.

When we arrived the system was down and we could not get our room and they had us wait for about 4 hours before they gave us the room. Parking is terrible had to wait 45 minutes from my car definitely service is bad and not competent otherwise the facilities are clean and nice
