Front desk staff were ok. Room was ok but noisy as the hotel is right next to a busy highway. What really bothered us was the young guy with dreadlocks making omelets. He was rude and extremely slow. Never looked us in the eye. Served an omelette on a small plate, it was hanging out over the plate. Poor attitude. Not a great way to start the day. Will not be staying here again.

We had a great stay - the gym was clean and well lit, the pool was small but perfect for what we needed, and we enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. The breakfast had great healthy options which was very refreshing! Great service all around!

The hotel was really clean. It is one of the newest hotels and just opened a few years ago. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. I wish they had a bigger variety, but they had bagels parfait coffee, juices, cereal oatmeal so they had a pretty good selection they also had like Egg bites and waffles. The pool was great. I wish it was clean just a little bit, but it was pretty good. The gym was great. The staff was great room was really clean. They also have bikes for you to rent out if you want it. Since it’s in King of Prussia you have Valley Forge Casino you have the King of Prussia Mall you can now go to the Netflix house you can go to top golf. There’s just so much activities to do around there because you’re in King of Prussia.

Unfortunately the room was very dirty, the floor was full of hair. Restroom was not flushed when we came in. Breakfast is way terrible l asked for a sunny side up egg for my infant and l was given one that was sitting there for hours with black pepper on it and when l asked for a fresh when l was told they can’t make it.
