The only good review is for the maintenence man who helped us get a new room. At check in, the receptionist was rude, the overnight and extended parking was not the price as listed online. The hot tub was filthy and had bug parts floating everywhere. The pullout couch would not pull out and we had to transfer rooms at bedtime with 3 kids and all our belongings. The maintenance man played the communicator role and brought us a luggage cart for the transfer. The new room was on the far side of the building, the phone did not work and the sink handle did not shut the water off. Horrible stay. Ive never had such a bad experience at a hilton.

The hotel was dated, but that's not a biggy. My room was comfortable. The TV's were a wonderful size. The only problem was the toilet seats. Wayyyyy, too low and the heating/ac was wayyyy too loud when it came on. Otherwise, no other complaints I can think of.

The room I stayed in the bathroom smelled like Pee really bad I called over 5 times to the front desk before I had to go down there to the front desk! I called Housekeeping for towels & wash cloths they never came had to go down to the front desk again this was just not a good stay at all!!!!!

Girl trip was a 8 out of ten but it was good!
It was a girls weekend and we chose this hotel because it was convenient for us close to everything that we wanted to do other than that the hiccups they had wear and tear in the room. It can be a little fixed up

The rooms were spacious which I liked, but my particular room was outdated and averaged cleaned. The shower was dripping non stop so had to keep the door closed so I wouldn't be bothered by it. This was just my personal experience on that day.

Our shower was draining very slow, so we were ankle deep in water taking showers. Throughout our stay, the pool was cloudy and the hot tub was foamy. On our last night, when we asked about the cleanliness of the pool, we were told there were no chemicals in it and the gentleman apologized. Meanwhile, there were about 30 kids in the pool the night before and the pool was cloudy then as well. The bartender was fantastic, however, needed help. She was responsible for all the tables as well as the bar but she handled it great.

The property was okay the over charge for security fees was ridiculous, 100 a night for each night that you stay and the second floor for us was with outdated furniture and destroyed furniture. My kids enjoyed the breakfast but some staff were just rude for no reason.

Embassy Suites, I've been coming to Philadelphia for over 12 years and this a usually my first choice one on where I want to stay. I really like the place but for some reason I can't understand why you make your guest pay a price of $25.00 for parking. Note, you SHOULDN'T try to make up with parking when guess are not staying at your hotel. Go out and do the research on finding a why to keep your parking secure but please don't pass it on to the guess. I believe you all are also trying to prevent people from just parking there when they are not suppose to be parking in your lot, it should only be for your guess. Got it. In short, a guess shouldn't be paying $25.00 a night to stay at your hotel. Thank you for your genuine service. V/r, Long Term Guess
