Run down Renovation desperately needed

The room was clean and the breakfast was GREAT. My issue was parking and the room. I stayed at plenty hotels and I've NEVER had to pay for parking. The hot water in was not hot and the bathroom door needs to be replaced and the entrance door into was squeaking. The accommodations was not worth the amount I paid to stay. I really appreciate if would consider reimbursing the parking fees!!!!!!

Never staying here again

This was an epic fail from the get go and very unusual experiences for the Embassy Suites. Check in took about 1 hr..only 1 check in person, there were so many unsupervised kids in the pool that pool use was impossible. Hotel staff knew that it was a problem and did nothing about it. Had to pay for parking, although there was a parking place around the hotel.

Good place

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was really good. Asked for room service a couple times and they never came. Not very customer service oriented but overall a good stay.

Disappointed

Customer service at the front desk was awful. Saw is struggling with luggage and when we asked for a luggage cart they shrugged their shoulders and said the carts must be in the rooms. Continued to stand there and watch us struggle with the luggage as they fell over at the elevator and the doors close on us. When we asked for the room to be cleaned and get extra towels after the first night, it was never done after we were out for more than 8 hours. No hot water in the shower and the water pressure was horrible. Pull out sheets for sofa bed were stained. Breakfast hours change for weekend and this was not told to us. We had an early flight out and were ready for breakfast before we left and didn’t get it as they change the time to 7 am on Saturday. Overall stay was very disappointing. I normally love staying at Embassy Suites on our vacations, but this stay made our trip not a pleasant one.
