This was the dirtiest hotel I've even been too. Roaches everywhere, tub was dirty, blood stains on pillows, refrigerator was dirty with Roaches, burn marks on the bathroom sink, Roaches in the toilet, Roaches coming out the door handles. Soon as you walk in the room it smelled old. Stains on the furniture, i pulled back the sheets on the bed, and it a roach! This place needs to be shut DOWN! I ended up checking out, and couldn't get a refund.

Very unassuming property. Linens were clean. Floor was clean and not carpet. Insecticides were dabbed around baseboards and counters. Handles were missing on cabinets. Tub faucet wouldn't turn off. Drape was broken on an end. Lamp on one side of bed did not work.

This place was run down,dirty,and unsafe. Back door to hotel on stairwell open. Appliances dirty and rusty inside and out. Microwave had something in it. Cabinets dirty. Shower..would not go on there. A room was tarped off. Pictures online must havr been when they first opened Hasn't looked like that in years. Never ever again. They should have paid me to stay.

This place was a total dive. I did not feel safe and checked out two nights early. I'm not entirely confident that I will get my money refunded either, even though the attendant said the manager would issue the credit later. The property was extremely run down, paint chipped everywhere, a dank, musty smell permeated the place. Fingerprints and smears on the woodwork. Also, a very disturbing white smear of something (I don't want to contemplate) was on the bed skirt. It was God-awful. I cannot discourage potential travellers to avoid this place strongly enough.

This was the dirtiest room I have ever been in. Things had been spilled down the walls and not cleaned up. The refrigerator had dirt all down it. Behind and next to the stove grease had built up. There was a big hole in the wall. The faucet leaked. And to top it off, there were bugs going in and out of holes around the door.

The property is run down, the entire place smelled terrible. Not to mention the room was nasty, and the entire floor reeked of marijuana and god knows what else. The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned properly and the refrigerator was stained brown. It was supposed to cream color i believe. Wil never stay here again.

This was honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First off the whole building smelled like weed and cigarettes. There are "long" term residents here and they were loud and arguing outside in the hallway which made it feel unsafe to go outside my own room. The room itself was in terrible condition. The room keeping looks like they just change the linens and thats it. The floor and walls looked like they've never been wiped down I had to walk around with a towel under my feet because I didn't want to touch the floor. The furniture looked like it went through a tornado, pieces missing and all dinged up. I checked the mattress for bed bugs and found none thank goodness but found out that it had stains and burn holes in it. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didnt even work, so I went down and waited 10 minutes to be greeted by no one the whole time. Overall this was a terrible stay and I would never return. Please make sure to read the reviews before staying here!

The room was clean however the furniture was very old, some extremely worn out or even damaged. Tye entrance smelled heavy weed. I even took a photo of the broken drawer so that I was not charged for it. It was very worn out as well as other pieces of furniture. There was a kitchenette but there were no utensils or dishes which is usually a standard in most extended stays that I have stayed. To be fair, I am sure once upon a time they might have had some kitchen items and they might have been stolen or damaged based on my observations. The area was safe very close to Philly airport. Parking is paid ($12.50 per day) but it was clearly stated in the description so I was aware of it and I find it reasonable due to being close to the airport. The A/C runs constantly even if the set temperature is achieved so we had to turn it off from the plug. The noise was unbearable such that we risked being cold but we could not sleep because the bed is very close to the unit and the room is considerably smaller than usual extended stay rooms elsewhere. The bottom line is ‘you get what you pay for’. This was one of our cheapest stays, literally and figuratively.
