Large room, large television. Kitchen was convenient for cooking. Only issue was card key stopped working and the tub drain was clogged.

From the moment we checked in, this was a nightmare of an experience. The staff at check in was rude and he was very demeaning to my family. When I called to ask about the payment method and questions we had, he very extremely condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot and was of out of line to even be bothering him. He told me to look at the receipt and then hung up on me. When we first tried to enter the room, the key didn't work and the janitor opened the door. When he opened the door, the floor was black and he UNPROMPTED asked if we wanted him to "mop the floor real quick" for us because of how visibly dirty it was. The bathroom tub was also filed with black debris, there was no silverware or cups, no toilet paper, etc in the suite and when my HANDICAPPED brother went downstairs to ask for some supplies, THE SAME rude man that checked us in tossed my brother a silverware tray and said "oh...this shouldve been placed in your room already. Here." and then dismissed my brother as if it was his fault that he had to come down and ask for things that should've already been in the room. When my brother tried to ask for more toilet paper, he was denied and told that they had restrictions on only giving 1 roll per room (even though there were multiple people staying in the suite for 5 days). Our family is large and we travel alot for business. We realized customer service was nonexistant and we vowed to never stay at this location or any of its affiliates ever again.

The room was pretty clean. I have no complaints. The bed and pillows were not comfortable for me, but I have back issues. Not the hotels fault. It was average, but for the price I would stay again. The staff was very nice.

Complaint about room cleanliness and conditions

The room was not well maintained, the chair was dusty, the toilet bowl was dirty, the bed was poorly made. I asked to moved to another room. However, the smell in the rooms is not pleasant, maybe they have to change their cleaning products to keep a fresh air on the rooms.

Check in was easy. Staff at reception desk, especially Roe, were friendly and professional. The only things that sucked was the air conditioner was so LOUD, no USB ports, sheets on bed were too thin and pillows were not great. Otherwise not bad for the price.

We had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at Extended Stay America!! Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Loved the full sized refrigerator in the room as well. But the main reason we are doing a review is that we wanted to recognize and commend the Front Desk Rep, Camia, for her friendly greeting and especially her general concern for our pleasant stay. Each time she saw us, she inquired about our comfort. You could just feel her pride in the brand she that represents right down to noticing that we were bringing in pop tarts and her suggesting that there is a toaster, coffee and other items available for us to use and enjoy. So thank you, Camia, for making us feel so welcome. You are great!!! We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Booked this hotel because my hot water heater went out and me and my family needed to wash. Man listen that bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I would never come back here and I damn sure wasn't going to sleep there. The staff was good and fast but the property needs a serious deep clean!!!

Well you get what you pay for. I booked for a 2 night "stay-cation." The room was worn and torn, the counter was torn out the ground, the drawer on the dresser was hanging and the ceiling in the shower was peeling terribly. I should've requested a change of room but I just had low expectations of the entire hotel. Breakfast is in a small space and its just granola bar and muffin...I will most likely never stay at this chain again. If you need a quick night or 2 stay where you'll only be in the room to sleep, then this is the place for you.
