The kitchen that was advertised as having everything we needed including cookware and dishes had nothing we needed unless we went to the desk to ask for it. When my partner went to ask, there was no one at the 24/7 desk, so he had to wait a decent amount of time for someone to come back. This also happened at check in and check out. When he asked for dishes and cookware like the little sign on the counter instructed, they had to go searching for things because they didn’t even know if they had it. The bed was broken. It lifted up if you sat on the end. However, it was being replaced the next day, People came and knocked on the door twice at about 10 and about 10:30, trying to replace the bed. We had an 11:00 check out. There was a table to eat at (to go with the kitchen in the suite), but there were no chairs. Just the single office chair. We had to bring in a camping chair from the truck to be able to eat together. One of the lamp lights was burnt out. The toilet took multiple tries to flush. While not really available, most staff seemed friendly and polite.

Bed were terrible the room had a bad smell and the bathroom was not clean and had dirty towels.... Will never stay there again!!!

Not as good as we expected based on others ratings. Breakfast is coffee and little muffins. Our mattress was replaced with new as we checked in, housekeeping had already left for the day so we had to make our own bed!

This hotel was terrible it took the front desk person 10 mins to check me. The key that I was provided took 3 swipes before it worked. Entering the room it was very nasty. Didn’t have any toilet paper I had to ask for toilet paper and a wash cloth and I was told it should be in my room. I had to clean the tub out and sink off before use. The refrigerator had filth on it the floors appeared to have spills on it that dried. The bed had a horrible noise when sitting on it or moving around. Maintenance was rude about entering my room in the morning about putting in a new tv in and when I told him no he could wait for me to check out he argued with me about it. The window panel appeared to be broken. Not to mention it was loud people stomping above me. And my receipt showed the person who checked me in signed a squiggly line on the check in forms where it said merchant signature.If I didn’t have work in the morning and they didn’t hold on to more funds than Expedia initially said I would gotten another room somewhere else.

Was not bad for the price, it was in a quiet area which was good with lots of shopping options. The room was standard nothing fancy, it was clean for the most part. There are a lot of homeless people living there but it really was not an issue for me I felt safe. Door keys never work but staff was helpful with that. The place needs a bit updating but I was only in town for a few days so it worked for me. Dog friendly was a plus!

Drive a bit further!

Looks different then in pictures. The beds were very flimsy. No shower gel or conditioner. Had kitchen , but no dish soap, coffee maker or bucket for ice. No ice Maschine. There was no breakfast to speak of, just coffee and a small muffin/ granola bar to go. No where to sit. Way overpriced and questionable people staying there. It would have been ok if the price was 49.-, not 149.- !!!! Never again.we only stayed there because of heavy rain storms.

Due to the weather, power was out the 2 nights we stayed. No AC, hot water, breakfast, etc. unable to use CPAP machine. Due to issues in the area, finding alternative hotels was not an option. Facility had no contingency plans to relieve the issues. They had to go get buy battery powered lights when the hallway safety lights that actually worked failed. I hope they compensate us when they come back online..
