This hotel got the job done. The area is meh. It is five minutes from the biggest mall. The parking lot is shined to two other hotels. The lot is a bit dark and not fantastic. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable as a woman alone. But certainly not dangerous. The hotel is clean and efficient. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The attendant was great. Had the place to our selves. The room was decent and beds were comfortable. It was clean. They were doing maintenance work on our floor. Woke up to drills and saws at 7:30 in the morning. This was a trip to move my daughter in to school. Also the windows on one side abut a roadway that goes around the mall. It was noisy and highway lights were on all night. If you have young kids this would have not been good. All in all for the price and location it was a good value.

Perfect location for business trip to KOP mall. Good variety of breakfast is included as well as coffee and bottled water. Room was spacious and clean. I was comfortable for 4 days stay.

The room is clean and set up in a convenient manner with regards to the room layout. The breakfast offered was lovely with both hot and cold options. Staff was welcoming. Highly recommend staying. Location is great, adjacent to the King of Prussia Mall.
