Original room had an issue with lock. Staff quickly placed us in another room on same floor. Would have been nice to have an upgrade, but the switch was quick and painless.

Noisy heater
The room and cleanliness were excellent. However, the weather turned chilly, and I turned the room thermostat up a couple degrees for warmth. The heater was very noisy all night long, and I did not rest well at all. The complimentary hot breakfast was wonderful and very satisfying.

Both people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, OJ... Lots to choose from. Having breakfast included is key!
