Excellent Hotel!

We were extremely impressed with our recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Horsham. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent by hotel standards. We highly recommend this hotel!

When possible, we always choose this option when visiting family in Willow Grove. It's right off the highway, close to a walmart/sam's club, close to our family member's house and it's always been a great experience!

My stay was nice - the rooms were comfortable and clean. I stayed for 1 night with 2 rooms - although I was assured I had been booked with connecting rooms over the phone, once I got to the hotel I was told that those rooms had been given away. I had requested this because I had 1 room with a few teenage boys in it that I wanted to keep an eye on so it was a little annoying to have to keep leaving my room to go check theirs but it wasn’t trip ruining. The pool was quite small and OVERLY chlorinated but the boys had a great time using it. I say overly because my friend and I had to leave without even getting in because just being in the pool room was burning our eyes. Breakfast was good, they had a nice selection. The worst part to me was being overcharged and having to call repeatedly for assistance. After about 4 calls, I did receive the help I needed and a refund for the overcharge.

Pet friendly at a steep price.

Pretty standard room. Pet friendly--although the added charge is steep and unnecessary. Hotel should just check the room and charge for any damage, not gouge for a pet. An EV charger in the parking lot would also be a plus. Breakfast was plentiful, but so-so in quality (rubber eggs).

The staff was nice, the location was perfect for us, but housekeeping service was not the greatest. Our 2nd day there, I noticed that the comforter had a blood stain and it looked like they were never changed or washed before we got that room. We put the comforter on the floor assuming they will change them and stepped out. When we got back housekeeping was cleaning the room, we waited in the hallway till they finished. We then entered the room and checked the covers and the same stain was still there meaning the comforter was never changed. I immediately called to speak to the housekeeping supervisor, she was on the same floor and came over. We explained the situation and she immediately apologized and handled the situation. After that, they made sure our room had everything we needed. But, because of that I would never stay there again. It only shows that housekeeping is used to doing that and that is straight up nasty.
