Cancelled our booking day of and rebooked it to someone else when the expedia payment didn't come through with no warning or reaching out. Then refused to refund and I had to spend two weeks trying to get their manager on the phone for a refund claim through expedia. The hotel clerk was irritable and unhelpful with the cancelled booking situation.
