This place needs a reminder of what business they are in. Did not meet customer needs and sure as hell didnt make me feel like i was at home. First, I had to pay to park. I than had another guest try and open my room around midnight (thank goodness for the dead bolt) after a few minutes i than had an employee beat on door like he was going to tear it down. Only to discover it was their mistake. As if this wasn't enough the phone rang at 8am asking me when I was checking out...what time is check out? Noon. Why are calling me then!?!?!? Of course since I was already up and angry I checked out only to have the front desk snatch my room card without any recgognition, or comment....no how was your stay, no, thanks for staying with us, not even a good morning. The only postive was it was mostly clean. Unless you need a hotel for a breif stay over becuse your carching a flight, dont stay here. Considering my profession you might want to review your security policies and procedures. That could have turned into a bad situation.

Nice hotel. Would stay again.
The hotel is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. We loved our stay. The only downside was lack of hot water in the shower. It was lukewarm at best.

The Sheraton shuttle took me to wrong hotel. I did not know thefe are 2 Sheraton properties here. I had to go oit in rain and walk 1 block to Sheraton 4 Pointd. I am shocked at how run down thus hotel is. Room very run down.
