The lady at the front desk was rude. If you want a snack or need laundry services you have to walk to the hotel across the street, but they state they have these on sight. Do not recommend. Also our room lost power.

Standard airport hotel. Comfortable enough. Good size room. Not dirty but not super clean either. Wish we had not been put in a room with a very loud water heater behind in. Staff were nice enough and it was very convenient location.

The comforter on the bed was badly stained. The wash clothes had holes. The bathroom door was missing the hook to hang clothes. The shower faucet dripped and the ac was loud as if someone was breaking in.

The rooms were not ready at time of check-in. The lobby was full of folks waiting for 40mins. No compensation provided. The air conditioner was noisy. The lamps did work over night stand. There was a metal fixture sticking out that appeared to be the something mechanical behind it. Thank good no rodents popped out but looked dangerous.

Overall, my stay was poor. The room floors and bathroom were dirty. The walls are extremely thin and I could hear my neighbors’ every word, tv, move. Check in was mediocre with the staff lukewarm not saying hello or hardly making eye contact. My shower nozzle broke right off when I tried to use it. The hallways were dirty and the ice machines didn’t work on multiple floors. At checkout I had a kinder person, who upon telling her the shower broke, stated she would refund a $30 charge I had from the bar. Which was kind of her, until I was charged for the $30 they said they took off. Will not be staying there again.
