The hotel was very clean. Quiet and very easy to get around. Customer service was great. The only down side was that it cost $48 a day to park- so thats an extra $100 for a 2 day stay.

The property is just outside of the convention center and Reading Terminal Market. It's also a reasonable walk to the historic district. My single room was a bit small, but comfortable. I appreciated that there was a small refrigerator, but was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave.

Nice hotel but lacking basic customer service

A clean, modern and comfortable hotel in a great location. The customer service was lacking, and the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. However, the actual hotel was nice and perfect for what we need to explore Philadelphia for a couple of day.

Overall stay was pleasant. I would stay again and will note a few oddities. The room smelled like bleach when we entered. The room was clean and promptly ready at check in time. The lighting the room is bad. The color temperature is offensive and it can’t be adjusted. The bedside sconces are too bright and had to put towels over them to be comfortable. Sheraton sends an unnecessary checkin email that does not make check in better. They still need your id and credit card and other information. Is the email an information grab? It’s not really an online check in.

Staff always seemed on the edge, like on the defensive side. Maybe they need a little more training on customer service kindness. Area is very unsafe. Hotel has no control over the homeless shelter around the corner, but the hotel can at least want clients.

The property is good and location is convenient to center city. Check in staff told me my room was not available and tried to offer a lesser room when I refused to take the downgrade they magically found me the room I booked it was shady and made me question the companies practices. There is no on site parking but many garages and lots within walking distance. Overall good would stay again just don't let them force you into a lesser room than you booked.

Advertise as having a car park, but it did not no drawers or dressers to put clothes or store clothes in. I need to check out a day early because of an emergency at home but they wouldn’t not allow me to check out early or if I checked out early, I could not receive the one day hotel fee back… Advertises having a car garage but no car garage. It was public parking across the street!
