Clean rooms and basic breakfast you'd expect. Staff was rude and not helpful. We were attending an event and would not arrive until after check in was closed but they wouldn't help us check in online. Enough people ran into this same issue so they did ultimately help us but they were not trying to be helpful at first.

The entire staff is extremely interactive and polite. The bedroom was comfortable suggestions about places to visit were offered and the location was very good. The only complaint I have is that after breakfast around 7 o’clock in the morning, I asked for a lotion refill being we didn’t have any it was never filled.

Great hotel and location. Clean and comfortable room, lots of space. Friendly service - and has valet available which is really helpful for a downtown hotel. The only issue I had was hotels.com indicated a restaurant - which there really is not. There is a free breakfast - which was great, but there is not an actual restaurant in the property. (This is likely a hotels.com issue vs. the hotel itself!). Will likely stay again my next trip.

The staff was incredibly nice when we were checking in. The room was exactly what we needed for overnight. Everything in the room was clean and restocked. We had an easy time finding parking and dinner nearby. We felt comfortable walking during the day, but a little less comfortable at night (around 11:30pm).

Staff were very pleasant and courteous. However, the hotel seemed to be unable to provide basic needs. For example, there were no extra blankets and I was cold. They were unable to provide coffee for the in-room coffeemaker. In addition, the furniture was uncomfortable and poor quality. Finally, I expect my room cleaned everyday; here, it was every other day. We would not recommend, nor stay there again.
