Almost everything we needed for our stay there. However, spending quite a bit of time in the lounge/lobby area outside of busy hours we witnessed mice scurrying several times. And we only needed housekeeping once during our stay but toilet was not scrubbed. However staff at this location were immensely helpful and attentive to needs and requests and should be commended for going above and beyond.

Pessima experiencia no quesito atendimento. Estivemos por 5 dias no hotel, pedidos todos os dias por limpeza de quarto e em nenhum dia a fizeram. Para termos toalhas de banho tinhamos que buscar na recepção. Cordialidade zero.

The property is not particularly appealing, a bit grey and outdated. The neighborhood is not great either. That said, the place was clean, and we spent a comfortable night in a quiet room with a huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was fine. Pleasant bartender. Prompt valet service for our car. A bit of a wait to check out as the front desk was understaffed. No real complaints. OK for the price.

Overall the hotel was clean and the front desk stuffs are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the day I checked out, I forgot my wallet in my room with my ID in it, didn't realize until I was trying to go through security in the airport, so I called my cousin to pick it up from the hotel, and drove to the airport to give it to me, but when I opened my wallet, the cash inside was all gone, it's very disappointing that someone took all my cash! Someone working there is not honest at all!

A little disappointment

Initial room- TV didn’t work. Relocation room- TV didn’t work. Channels were off line. Maintenance couldn’t help. It was Championship Sunday and we couldn’t watch the games in the comfort of our room.

Fantastic hotel, and a fantastic location

This was the best located and great hotel to stay in. Everything was new. The staff was super friendly. I can’t say more about this hotel. It was amazing on every level.

Adequate but disappointing hotel stay

The hotel was fine, not dirty but a little worn down from high traffic. The "valet parking" was confusing and difficult, considering the area it was in there wasn't much you could do but try to park somewhere and run in to find the valet, and there was no other parking offered by the hotel. They let us reserve a room through hotels.com but didn't actually have it available, so we ended up getting a downgrade. The staff were perfectly polite and tried to be helpful, but there wasn't much they could do.
