The staff were absolutely amazing and super friendly. Hampton like all other Hamptons, so it felt very familiar and I really liked that.

Was given only 1 roll of toilet paper for a multiple day stay and when we called the front desk asking for more plus towels, we were hung up on and never received either. Door was also not on the hinges properly and had to lift to get it to open or close properly. Coffee (near breakfast area) was empty both days

Great location

This is an excellent location not far from all the sites. The Valet was very quick and it was easy to drop off and pick up. Our family was very comfortable.

Staff was not personable except the valet. Valet is the only way to park according to them and it's $60. Luckily I called ahead and we took a vehicle we don't really care about because I'm not a fan of valet. Room had no water pressure and didn't feel clean.

I called weeks ahead to be positioned near the rest of our team, I was told it was not a problem. WHen we got there we were not on the same floor. Parking for the hotel was not clear, drove around the block several times to find the tiny sign for valet. Requested late checkout, each time we asked, which were prior to check in, at check in , told to do so the morning of check out, then told to come back after 7 all answers were not the same and then we were told we could check out at 1pm.... we got back at 12:45 and our room key did not let us in the room.

It is well located in Center City Philadelphia, with transportation, stores, services and restaurants only a few steps away. I liked that it did have a safety box. I also liked the food of the complimentary breakfast. The room didn’t have a chair and one was not provided even when front desk told me they would. The room had tables to put the luggage on, but it didn’t have drawers to put the clothes in. The size of the area where breakfast is served was too small to handle the customers of the days we were there, so it was hard to find a table.
