Check in was really horrible long lines and rooms werent ready even after 4. Workers were friendly, informative and communicative but some obvious disorganization was happening! Overall stay was comfortable.

The location is super. Easy walk to the liberty bell, and a few steps to China to have Dim Sum. The room is clean and comfortable. Will stay here again if we are back in Philly.it will be better if the hotel can leave a couple of water bottles,

We really enjoyed the staff at this location and was very easy to get parking behind the hotel. We highly recommend a staff member named Queen Bee, she was very delightful and kind and was able to give us some dining options as well.

My king size bed I paid for was changed to a queen size without my prior notice and the hotel claimed it’s because I booked through a third party so they can guarantee that any room can be given to me but not what I paid for. 2 days the room wasn’t cleaned, and the bedsheets smells like it hasn’t been washed. no hotel slippers no toothpaste. The shower head is right up you can’t shower without wetting your hair and they never provided a shower cap for women so you have to use your hand to scoop the water to your body. Outside noise was too much no soundproof so it’s difficult to sleep. The room smells.
