Poor for Hampton Inn

Subpar for a Hampton Inn. There were many hairs in the shower upon arrival. Breakfast was poor, probably the worst we’ve had at any Hampton property. Ice machines all out except on the first level. Not the best clientele but that’s probably the area. The price was adequate so overall 6/10.

All went perfect. Only downside I saw was the need to replace the rugs in hallways, common areas, and elevators and AC not cooling in the breakfast area. Great location!

Reserved a king. Told upon checkin that there were no kings available. I asked why would my reservation made months ago and guaranteed no be available. All of a sudden he found a king room. Room was good. Lots of crates of ac units laying around. Used restroom near office. No paper towels. TP paper used and thrown on floor. No cold milk available on buffet.
