Excellent Stay

We we visiting Philly for a funeral. This was the perfect location. Our check in was efficient. The hotel was clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a delicious, added bonus. Parking was readily available and easily accessible. There were countless excellent restaurants within minutes, and plenty of things to do. I have nothing negative to say about this stay.

I stayed 3 nights with my husband and newborn. The room was a decent size, and the bathroom had a relatively updated shower, and the microwave worked well. Unfortunately, the first room I was given was unavailable. Then the room I was switched to had a toilet that did not flush. Our room was switched again and we ended up with the only issue being the mini fridge not being cold enough. Luckily we did not have anything vital that needed refrigeration. The staff was nice and helpful, but the facilities need to be updated. Would stay again just due to great customer service.

Poor for Hampton Inn

Subpar for a Hampton Inn. There were many hairs in the shower upon arrival. Breakfast was poor, probably the worst we’ve had at any Hampton property. Ice machines all out except on the first level. Not the best clientele but that’s probably the area. The price was adequate so overall 6/10.
