Customer service was terrible . Lied to me as I checked out , and then wouldn't refund my second night even though they said they would once a manger was in after the weekend and they talked to Expedia . Called for an explanation and was hung up on by the manager . The real manager , as the one on the phone claiming to be obviously wasn’t , one kept putting me on hold to get explanation from the real manager , who wouldn’t come to the phone to speak to me . Didn’t care for my explanation kept saying “ okie dokie” but really wasn’t listening or knew they just weren’t going to be accommodating ….real professional ! Will never stay here and will never allow any team we travel with to book here . You failed me Expedia .
