We had to leave early as the shower water was off or scalding !! Room was large and clean Check in person was rude and also did not explain the fees One oddity The motion sensor for the bathroom was located near the sink When you walked into the room the bathroom light came on But when you showered or used the toilet th light went off — we had to yell out from the bathroom every 30 seconds to move so we would be in there in the dark Seems like that sensor should have been linked to the sink light not the shower light

The room was clean ,staff was helpful and courteous. Good location. I had called earlier in the week and verified with hotel staff, that each room had a microwave and refrigerator before booking the room due to the pending snowstorm. (It was not mentioned on their website so I wanted to make sure) When we arrived, that was not the case. But staff was accommodating and were able to locate a microwave for us by the next morning( a small refrigerator was available in the room). We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. This was one of the other features that had determined our choice of hotels for the weekend. There was no mention on the website that Renovations were being done or that the hot tub was not available.

Room was not up to par. The toilet was not working to the point that we had to remove the top of the tank and pull the chain in order to flush it. The breakfast was less than ideal and the attendant was even worse. Rude, paid zero attention to what was going on. Creamers were empty and placed where she could see them, she never filled them. She was more interested in catching up with the front desk. When asked a question, she seemed annoyed that you interrupted her discussion. Will never stay there again. Hot tub out of order. One of the reasons we chose the hotel.

The Expedia listing and the staff (prior to our arrival) both confirmed that we would have access to a rollaway crib for our baby. There was NO crib available when we got there. We were told right away at check-in that they didn’t even have them. This really felt like false advertising. We were very disappointed.
