Fell short, sadly
We booked a room for 2 people and only one bath towel and wash cloth were in the bathroom. Additionally, the electric window shades didn't work so we couldn't raise/lower the blinds. Lastly, my husband had no hot water as of 8:30am on a Saturday morning to start his day. Hotel might appear modern and clean but fundamental things need to work and be supplied.

We arrived Friday evening. On Saturday there was no hot water. In an hour there was enough for one hot shower. That evening, no hot water. Sunday morning no hot water. We were told 3 different reasons for this problem. The last being a water main break. If that were the case there would have been NO water! And we even accommodated them by switching from 2 queens to a king so they could accommodate another family

It's in a relatively rural area, so not much to see or do. However, it's only 2 blocks from a train station, so Philadelphia was easily accessible during the day.

Could barely stay the night because the cleaning products used were so strong that I had trouble breathing. We asked to be moved to a different room but could tell it was going to be even more problematic so stuck with original one. We had asked for fragrant free linens because sometimes that is a problem. Not the receptionist's fault. Management should have housekeeping use different products.
