Please do at least house keeping and room cleanup once for guests who are coming to stay there for 3 days. I had to beg for fresh towels. Parking situation is terrible for Hilton guests, paid $150 just for in and out over 3 days. Never again coming this Hilton Inn.

Room was clean and well appointed. Close to everything and very walkable or close to transportation. Great food at Reading Terminal Market (around the corner) and good Chinese. I felt safe and good parking options. Loved our stay in Philly.

Water pressure was so low the toilet didn’t flush properly. Then to top it off the shower pressure was even lower than the sink. They know it’s a known problem which is why it can’t be fixed. Lastly the tv apps stopped working and no one came to fix it. I called the front desk and no one came. Prices were up for the picnic this weekend so it was an expensive stay. Would not stay here ever again even at the regular rate. Nothing is worse than trying to use the bathroom and the toilet doesn’t flush and then try and take a shower as the water or literally trickling down on you. Only positive was the staff, they were friendly, funny, and respectful. They really need to refund me half of what was paid because I didn’t stay 2 nights due to the shower issue.
