We booked this hotel for convenience. I was taking my youngest daughter to a concert at Xfinity Mobile Arena. While my older daughter walked around with their Dad, she wanted to experience a little history that Philadelphia holds. Even with construction it was a easy 15 minute drive to the Arena, and a easy walk to see some historical things the city has to offer.

Great overall

Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was great with a fantastic view. Elevators a bit slow and we're not working when we were leaving so had to walk down 20 flights of stairs. Hotel's in a great location.

The room was dirty and dusty. Housekeepers never went to clean the room or leave clean towels at least. The shower is in awful conditions. The food at the restaurant is excellent though.

Poor parking and limited access with fee not advertised when booking, elevators did not operate efficiently, bathrooms in room could not lock and have a significant gap between the double doors. Restaurant on site was nice and had friendly staff. Front desk did not inform guests about the need for room keys to operate the elevators, where amenities are located and did not provide breakfast vouchers that should have been provided at check in.

Love the location, Pen Landing overlooking the river. Easy walk to the Historical area. Excellent staff. Sink was plugged upon arrival, lamp shades and chair are quite worn. Room was clean but hallway needed vacuumed. Overall we did enjoy our stay!!

The staff was friendly and tried their best and the location is excellent, but unfortunately my stay wasn’t great. This was actually my third attempt to stay here—twice before, I arrived only to be told my room was sold out, despite booking it and trying to call for days beforehand with no answer. On this visit, I finally received a key, but when I went to my room, someone else was already in it. Very awkward encounter…I had to be reassigned to another room and didn’t get the view I had originally booked. Then, on checkout day, I was woken up by blaring emergency alarms that kept going off for hours, and the elevators were out of service, forcing me to carry my luggage down 19 flights of stairs. The room was very dated and needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

I love the location. It’s directly on the water. You can see the bridge and the aquarium. There are also plenty of seating options and relaxation areas as well as food choices right on the other side of the driveway.

La bañera está llena de mo cuando bajamos a comer la pared toda salpicada con comida y el servicio terrible nos cobran por el servicio que nos dan pero nunca estaban los meseros al rededor no nos llenaban el jugo y nos dieron la cuenta cinco minuto después que llegamos y cuando la fuimos a pagar mi pareja tuvo hasta que ir al frente para que nos buscaran un mesero para poder pagar no y me levanté super temprano por qué las alarmas de fuego no paraban de sonar y los elevadores no funcionaban por un buen tiempo tuve que bajar y subir desde el 21 piso fue terrible
