Amazing staff as well. Extremely friendly and helpful. Tyler and Jenn at the front desk were extremely helpful and went above and beyond their job description to make me and my family feel comfortable and welcomed. As soon as we walked into the building they greeted us with smiles and great hospitality. And they continued with smiles and greetings each and every time we walked past them. It doesn’t matter how expensive and nice a hotel is, if they don’t have employees who care enough to go above and beyond. With that being said the hotel itself is nice and clean. It’s in a good location with plenty of near by stores and activities. The thing that stands out the most to me was obviously the employees who can make or break any establishment.

So basically our room wasn’t ready at check in, we couldn’t get change when we needed it, and Myself and my party felt that the bathrooms were oldish and dirty. the beds were clean though. This is the second time a holiday inn has been like this for me. The breakfast was good though and the lady was cleaning all the tables as people went

I checked in Saturday evening for a quick overnight stay before going to Sesame Place the next morning. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff seemed very friendly. However, upon entering the room and inspecting it, we found a live roach in one of the drawers. I immediately brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. Their attitude was dismissive, as if saying, "Oh well, what do you want us to do?" because no other rooms were available. No credit or even an apology was offered. I stayed only because we had driven so far from home and it was late, but I didn't feel at ease. I will not be returning.

First of all the rooms especially on first floor are not clean and outdated. We had an issue with the fire alarm where maintenance came to the room 3 times. Our tv was also broken. We had to pack up and move rooms. The lady at the front desk in the evening was very nice but when I asked if they were discounting due to troubles in the AM, the girl at the front desk was not accommodating and thought the room change was enough. Overall not a good experience.
