The location was great for me, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and parking was very convenient. My only complaint was our room was very warm during the night and we couldn't get it to get cooler. In all fairness we did not call the front desk and complain about it though.

The staff were very friendly at check in and expalined everything clearly. We were provided with a list of restaurants and they answered any questions we had. The room was big and we had plenty of room to move around. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety as well. The hotel was within walking diatance to many of the downtown attractions.

Never again. If check in is at 3pm and i reserve 2 rooms, i expect them ready at 3. Instead me and an associate got to stand around for 30 min only to be told my room was ready but his was not. Its embarrassing when your the one that arranged the travel.

It was awesome until my last day Monday 1/20/2025 as there was a fire drill at 10 am followed by loss of water at 10:00 am. We had no water for hours couldn’t flush toilet or wash hands , was told it would be from 10-11 and by 2 pm still wasn’t on an I checked out . That was the worst.

Great staff and people, paper thin walls...

Nice location, terrific staff. ( I was there a couple of years ago for a function and remembered how good the staff was!). only problem was we could not get the heat/ AC unit on a "steady fan"- Walls in this hotel are really not good for quiet- It was easy to hear the people next door talking. Thus the white noise on the steady fan would have been nice.

We found the hotel to meet all of our needs for our first time visiting Philadelphia. The staff were very pleasant and there are so many dining options within the vicinity of the hotel. Free breakfast was a plus! We will be back for sure!

Staff great, parking garage not ideal

The staff was nice not a fan of having to pay $39 for parking our room was 127 for the night and they charged $250 at Check in for fees and parking. Parking in the garage was not horrible but seeing as we had to go in and out and had to keep leaving our keys with the garage attendant made it a little pain when having kids and things to do
