Staff were kind and friendly. Enjoyed the free breakfast (sausage gravy! Yum!). Good money saver with hungry kids. Close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. Very nice place.

I asked for my room to be cleaned as I was extending my stay and I had family coming. They never cleaned instead they gave me towels and one sheet, I told the manager and she said she was sorry. Also there were bums hanging out by the front lobby. I would not stay there again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Malaysia and Kevin were outstanding and were very welcoming. Kevin helped us sign up to be an IHG member and we will definitely be staying at an IHG hotel in the future. Only downside was that the parking lot elevator wasn’t working till we checked out. Had to walk up 6 flights each time to get the car but really great property.

Great location. Awesome desk staff. They let me check in at 1PM and checked on us often. Pretty decent breakfast that was kept full and kept clean. Felt safe here in the middle of the city. Parking was super convenient. Tons of restaurants around. Walkable to City Hall Christmas market and bars and shopping.
