The room was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Id stayed there in '16 and '17 when it was called The Penrose Hotel. I was amazed how theyve changed it since IHG took over.

Location was not bad, but the parking that was meant to be free was $15 per day, breakfast that was supposed to be included was $15.99 per person per day, the dinner service was never actually at 5pm, nor did we get any information about it at all. Front service desk was nice as was the bartender at the bar he was great.

The parking was the only issue got charged for parking and we got very lucky to find a spot all the way in the back very tight parking. We where afraid to go out and do much because we where afraid we wouldn't have anything to come back to other then that inside was amazing
