Hotel does not offer Hotel Valet or Parking. You have to park in the parking garage next door and pay over $60 a day which the hotel does not state on their website. You would also have to lug your luggage up and down floors and to the hotel on your own. Asked for towels and extra blankets multiple times and and had to constantly remind them and didnt get them til super late at night or the next day. Was also kicked out of dinning area because we sat in the lobby an hour after we checked out of the room waiting for our ride. Ice machine on 6th floor was broken, Room was not clean, had hand prints all over the furniture. No Filled shampoo or body was in rooms.

The staff was very nice. Check in was quick and easy. We checked in at night. When we got to the room our 2 children were ready for bed. We opened the pull out couch so they could go to sleep. The sheet was very wet. It was wet enough that the mattress was also wet. We called down to the front desk. She was very nice and said she will take care of it. That was the last we heard of it. Luckily we travel with an air mattress since you never know. The kids had to sleep on that. The room smelled like wet linens after that. I put the sheet outside in the hallway where it sat for the entire day until someone moved it to the emd of the hall.the sheet was also stained.
