The staff were amazing, helpful and responsive to concerns. The rooms are very accommodating and provide the extras that make being away from home more convenient. Unforturnately, our room was not cleaned as scheduled by the hotel, and we had to call and report that the rooms around us were serviced but not ours. There was an immediate response and apology, but no one knows why our unit was overlooked.

Check in is 4:00pm. Room was not ready until and the clerk told me it would not not be ready until 6:00 pm and she would text me when it was ready Waited in lobby for 2 hours no text or call. Went to desk and asked would it might ready she looked at her paperwork and asked me. You’re checked in and I looked at her and said. No you never texted and she laughs and says oh must have marked your name off by mistake. Then I finally got my key and got my room. There’s a few for late check out. But nothing for making me wait for 2 hours very disappointed

The complimentary breakfast was not complimentary. It was pretty much frozen microwaved sausages and eggs and high fructose corn syrup with food coloring juice. No worries though, there are a lot of options outside of the hotel. I hope you enjoy your stay. The outside might remind you of a jet2 holiday, be safe🙏

right across tge street from Reading terminal. That was nicd. Nog fs r frkm tge philly flash bus stops which take you to all the touristy places for less. PARKINV IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ALMOSF AS MUCH FOR PARKINV AS FOR GHE HOTEL PER DAY!!

The room didn’t have soap to wash your hands, toilet paper to go to the bathroom or shampoo and it was dirty we called numerous times to get the items. Had a wedding to go to and had to wash our hair with a bar of soap when they finally brought it.

Front desk staffwas very nice and helpful. No air conditioning in lobby (where breakfast was) & it was unbelievably hot. The pool is extremely tiny. Signs said breakfast ran until 10. At 9:01 staff shut down breakfast and were very rude when we were trying to grab it quickly at 9:00.

Can't beat the location, everything I wanted to do in Philadelphia was within a half hours walk. The hotel was very nice in the staff went out of their way to be helpful anytime we needed. Looking forward to coming back

two elevators broke down while we were staying and everyone had to use one. had to carry our heavy luggages down the stairs when checking out. power went off in the morning. water at sink seemed clogged. it was a mess

Good rooms, Good food!

The front desk was very helpful in giving information about things in the area. The reading market was a great place for lunch or snacks. The hotel breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. The rooms were a good size for a family of four. Would definitely stay here again!
