Basically, the trash from the last guests was not well emptied out and the necessities for the sofa bed person were not well equipped, so it dragged the grade down a little bit.

We specifically booked this property because they advertised an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Upon arriving, we discovered the hot tub drained and unavailable, and the pool ice cold. This was the primary reason for choosing Homewood Suites and had we known these amenities were not available, we would have booked elsewhere. At no point did staff make us aware of this, either before or during checkin.

Overall hotel was comfortable. Valet parking personnel exceptional. All personnel pleasant. Had gone down to front desk to ask a technical question. Was assured someone would come to the room. No one did as far as I know. Dreadful coffee though. Need to upgrade the plastic coffee makers and coffee. Not drinkable

I can’t say enough good things. We were there for two weeks as we adopted our daughter and visited CHOP. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the valet guys and custodial staff to the front desk and managers, they all “adopted” our daughter as well. This hotel and staff will forever live in our hearts. They made our first two weeks as parents wonderful.

It was ok for the price. Good sized room in a not so new hotel. Valet parking is $45, but you can park on the street if it is a weekend. Pool was good. Hot tub wasn’t functioning. The breakfast was ok. But those eggs; they tasted like plastic.

Property was easy to get to, Valet was a treat with traveling into the city with two littles. The room was surprisingly very spacious, the closet door was stuck so we didn’t move it in fear of messing it up and a few stains on the curtains but, very nice!

We really wanted to like this hotel but were very dissapointed and surprised Hilton would put thier name on it. The lobby is actually very nice but thats it. Rooms need a complete renovation. The carpet is dirty, doors are chipping, furniture is dilapidated. They ran put of most breakfast foods at 9:15 when breakfast ened at 10 am :(. The indoor heated pool was cold too. A positive was that it was quite at night though.

The property is quiet and clean. Staff is not very friendly but they were efficient. Rooms were clean except for the pullout sofa bed. The pillows on the bed were small and not comfortable.
