Staff was excellent! The convenience of walking was most important for us, so the ability to walk for dining, shopping and sightseeing was a hit! This property was well maintained overall, with the exception of overfilled trashed within the facility on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Our rooms were nice & cleaned only when requested (as requested). No matter the city. Hyatt Cevtric never misses the mark! Thanks for a for a great stay!

The hotel partners with a 3rd party parking company; and there are restrictions on how big your rental or personal care can be. If it's too big (large SUV like an Escalade), the parking vendor will turn you away. I wish the hotel mentioned that in the booking.

Rooms were beautiful. Only thing I didn't like was the fact there was no door in the shower area made it a little awkward to shower and get changed with another person in the room, also it was a little disappointing to have to pay an additional $150.00 for parking on top of the high rates for the rooms. It's my own fault for not researching it, but I just assumed if I'm paying that much for a room parking would be included. Overall though everything else was spectacular!
