The rooms are out dated no usb ports old tvs and just not what you would expect. The location is fantastic and the front desk staff is awesome. But the rooms run down. Carpet frayed just old furniture. The kitchen appliances were beat up.

My kids and I took a 23-day trip to the east coast, and this was our favorite hotel! I loved the kitchenette and the space in the room. They loved the pool table and the swimming pool, great ways for them to burn off some energy at the end of the day. Breakfast was ample, the room was clean and the property is fairly new. The staff was helpful and friendly. I loved that we could stay within driving distance of Philadelphia but stay outside of town in a safer location for family. It was also cheaper to stay here than in the middle of town. It was our only stay at a Hyatt, and I only wished we had reserved more of their locations. Great stay! We will be looking for more Hyatt House hotels in the future!

Convenient location to the shopping mall and dining options. Breakfast was good with more options than other hotels in the area. Room was well equipped with kitchenette. The elevator was out of service during our stay, and we had to use the stair to the 4th floor. We will stay here again.

Beautifully furnished room with full kitchen (with dishes, glassware, cooking equipment, coffee maker). Had a couch and rotatable TV. Very nice walk in shower. No complaints at all. And we could walk through a lovely landscaped area to the Capital Grille where we had reservations. Just what we wanted, and at a very good price. And of course the King of Prussia mall (with >400 stores) just across the road.

Anniversary trip
