Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly, which made for a welcoming start. The room itself was a comfortable size for two and felt thoughtfully arranged. However, the bathroom was a major concern—there was visible mold on the shower ceiling, which signals a serious lapse in cleaning and maintenance. That kind of oversight really impacts the overall impression. A bit more attention to hygiene would go a long way in making the stay feel safe and cared for.

No tv signal..earlier or later when i got back to my room..no one was at the desk even when calling them. Breakfast was poor. I have stayed at a few Hyatt hotel before.. This one was the worst.. I would give it a #2
