Hi, we were a little disappointed with the room. I asked for a room with a walk in shower. I didn’t realize it until the next day, that it was the one with tub because we got in so late and were so tired. I think they gave our room away. There was a smell/odor. We couldn’t tell if it was from the hallway or the room. The floor and couch felt kind of wet. Especially the floor so then we were like did they try to wash the carpet and maybe it didn’t dry. We questioned if the room was really cleaned. The sink clogs up badly. The water filled it and it took some time to go down. I liked that breakfast was included. It was average. The woman who cooked was very nice. We got in late and the person who checked us in was very nice. The person during check out was very nice as well. All and all I wouldn’t recommend them. I won’t stay here again. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the pictures are an AI lie. Mold in restrooms, old outdated, dark, dank, low ceilings, all the furniture is knicked. The walls in our room were dingged up. Most of the carpets were dirty. One elevator didnt work. One ice machine on floor 3 barely worked (front desk was happy to get ice from kitchen). The AC was not cooling very well... There was black caulking/mold in our in room bathroom. It needs an update. They tried to face-lift the front and just adding "nicer " lobby area to not so great rooms...

I booked one room and was given the wrong smaller room. No one apologized just shifted balme from one person to another. Then was told all tooms cost the same price so I wasnt due a refund. After which i chedked online and seen a $40 difference
