I come to Philadelphia for work a few times a year. This was my first time staying at the kimpton Palomar and now i will be choosing to stay there for all my future trips. My room was beautiful. Loved the decor and the spacious bathroom counter. The women at the front desk each day were so friendly and helpful.

Booked a room for 3 people through Expedia. Wanting beds for three people. Could only get two double. Was charged additional for the third person. Was told that this services required to service the “third” person. Yet did not receive an additional bed/ water or breakfast coupon. Hotel denied charge as did Expedia, until i showed the receipt. I would have been better off booking for two and just bringing third person in. This charge was sneaked on to the bill by expedia. What you paid for was more than advertised. ( not referring to taxes etc etc).

When in Philadelphia this is my go to hotel. It is within walking distance to everything Center City and the shops and restaurants of Rittenhouse Square. Rooms are as expected in a converted building. Clean and quiet. I like the design aesthetic as well.

Nice hotel and pet friendly. Parking was an issue as you had to stop on a busy street. Only valet service was available but it would have been nice to pull in from the curb. Staff there were nice and restaurant was very good.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon stay at the Kimpton Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. One of the sweetest surprises was the delicious chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us in the room—it was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. Everything from the ambiance to the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!
