We have stayed at this particular hotel several times. After this last stay we will chose a different hotel. The property has seen better days. Our room had scuffed walls with paint missing in spots. The refrigerator was unplugged when we got into the room. After plugging it back on we realized it was unplugged due to the noise it made. We booked a room with a king size bed. When we checked in we were given a room with a queen size bed that was handicap adapted. We did not need the accessibility. We booked and paid in advance for our stay and it seemed as though we were given last minute accommodations.

Shuttle service, cleanliness and breakfast was good. Area around the property though not in the control of property but is compromised. The elevator was out of order temporarily this morning. It is good accommodation when budget is tight.

The rate, breakfast and in house hotel staff were top notch. The hotel has a lot of potential if an investment was made in cleaning the facility. The bathroom in my room was excellent - well lit with excellent water pressure. The walls in the room had a layer of dust on them and the lampshades were cracked and dirty. The areas outside of the elevator were filthy - the carpets were black, trash was on the window sills and floor, the windows on the outside didn't look like they had seen any kind of cleaning in years, and the drapes on the windows were broken and dirty. All this being said, the staff is what saved this place - the owner should appreciate the great job they do and spend some money on cleaning the place up.

Did not feel safe staying here. I was a lone single traveler. My room had an adjoining room with the adjoining room being occupied with a bunch of very young adults. This party was loud, obnoxious, smoking and drinking in the halls. It was clear this type of activity would carry on through the night. I did not feel safe staying in the adjoining room. When I asked for a room change I was denied. When I asked for a refund I was denied. When I asked for a manager on duty, I was told there was not one. I ended up checking out and continuing my travels without proper rest. If this is the clientele and service this establishment provides, I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Filthy dirty rooms are moldy and the venting ac is also dirty my husband and sun suffer from allergies and were miserable the entire stay . Had to buy medicine to keep them comfortable .

It a runned-down property. My room’s lamps weren’t working, there is not closet to hang up the cloth. The carpets smell bad. The location is not pleasant, and on top of all it’s way to expensive for one star hotel (my own rating).

My reservation was nonexistant upon arrival. They also charged me regular price vs what hotels.com gave me the room for. Bathroom mirror was dirty. Room was filthy. Door to room was broken. Not comfortable at all.
