Great establishment!

The location is perfectly nestled in the rittenhouse area. The staff was very punctual and easy to work with. The rooms were clean and comfortable! I would recommend this establishment if you’re just visiting friends or family, or on business!

Peaceful Getaway!

We stay in building 1806 4th floor. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice living room. Feel of vintage- love it very homy. Staff made sure everything was replenished for breakfast. Meet very nice folks from different countries traveling. Lots of museums, went by rocky statue! Ate a Philly cheesesteak @ Gino’s and cheese fries! Pretty good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Joshua, who checked me in. My room was very spacious and I had access to everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again

Very welcoming hosts, large rooms, and good cleanliness. This is an old Victorian-era house, so heat is centralized and turned up high, and you open a window to cool it down. This introduces some road noise, but it's still a fairly quiet area for being so centrally located. Breakfast is good with several options of food and drink. I had a shared bathroom but it was only shared with one other room, so availability wasn't an issue. There was no TV in my room, but plenty of outlets were available to charge devices. The location is great. Very walkable to many restaurants and attractions, with bike share and ride share also available.
