The lobby smelled like cigarette butts but the room was clean. However all the doors had off markings like they were forced open at one time or another. Bed was comfortable, and EV charging was great.
When we checked in we had to get a different room the bedspread was dirty and you could see nasty stuff all over to wear the second room had no heat this was a bad experience this time my boyfriend did not want to change to a different room again
The best part was the bed. Got amazing sleep! The daytime staff was great. The nighttime staff was rude. This is the first hotel where you had to request housekeeping to give fresh towels and washcloths. I was told by the rude nighttime staff that all requests for housekeeping had to be requested at the start of the day! Also, bring your own soap and shampoo, as the soap offered was yucky and there was no shampoo. I was accosted by a homeless man in the parking lot, and parking in the fire zone didn't result in any comments to the guests or towing.
Bought a luxury room no such thing there was mold in the room and a smokey smell that made me uncomfortable in the night save your money and go elsewhere will not be back
The gentlemen who checked me in said maybe 2 words. The room had holes that were spackled over but not painted. There were 2 towels available. The woman who I checked out with was pleasant.
