Nice quiet hotel and very conveniently located. A short walk to the Reading Terminal Market. A short drive to the stadiums, airport and interstate. I would stay here again.

I didn’t get a goods nights sleep as the air conditioning in the room was the very loud. It woke me up every time it turned on and I was wearing earplugs. The hotel is very busy with long lines to check in, valet park and baggage storage, however the staff are very efficient.

We stayed here one night for a day to while visiting New York. The hotel was fantastic and the location perfect. Really close to all of the main tourist spots. The bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. There was free coffee in the room. We loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby and even stayed in for dinner there.

I booked the hotel because it had a lap pool. Nowhere in their information is there notice that the pool is empty! And there was only ONE person manning the desk so getting help with cancelling and moving took for ever. Whats more the room I was assigned smelled of cigarette smoke

Upon check-in, we found garbage from someone's previous visit under the bed. We then called the front desk to have someone rectify this matter. Once we returned to our room later that night, the garbage was all cleared up. Thank you for that! I was disappointed, however, to see that no additional actions were taken to offset our initial frustration with this matter. While I am not expecting a fully comped stay, something above and beyond the minimum should have been done. I will continue to follow up with Hotels.com regarding this.
