This room was gross. The smell of cigarette smoke, weed, and cat deodorizer was overwhelming. My daughter called and asked to be moved to a first level room so we could open the door and we could not be accommodated. We ended up ordering an air purifier from Target to be delivered. As bad as the room was, the young man at the front desk was very kind and helpful upon arrival and during our very short stay. We will not be back.

The staff is rude and threatened to kick me out because they do a "room check" while I'm at work and say no one is staying there when its the middle of the day during the week. The whole building smells like weed even in a non smoking room. The dryer doesnt work. The bathroom looked like someone got their hair cut in the shower with how disgusting it was.

The price was excellent for the area. Even though the room was designated non-smoking, it smelled and my allergies acted up.

Rav ,the first shift clerk is absolutely rude. He had the cleaning lady barge in my door at 7:30 am expecting me to be gone with an 11:00 am checkout and they were both extremly rude when i explained i was reserved and paid for another week. I ended my stay there early due to their rudeness. They also came in on another day for a housecleaning inspection,i have stayed at multiple hotels and never heard of this and said i had too much stuff,again never geard of this I would like to point out that the 2nd shift clerk ,justin,was very nice and polite and essygoing
