My wife and I truly loved our stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by an incredible variety of dining options. I also want to highlight the outstanding hospitality—the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, I was upgraded to a room on the 25th floor, and the breathtaking view made the experience unforgettable. We can't wait to return soon!

What I did not like about the property was the shower door how it was only half a door and it moved causing the water always to go all over the floor. Constantly needing new towels everyday cuz your cow's saturated from the water. Other than that everything was great

We were never told nor was it displayed anywhere that housekeeping was every other day. No vacuum, towels, or trash emptied for over 2.5 days. I had to go to front desk to request new towels and that's when they told me that housekeeping was every other day. Also, first day there I reported to the front desk that the toilet seat was broken in the room. That also took a day and a half to replace. Other than that, the staff at the Breakfast and the Valet people were awesome!

I love the location of this place, but there were a few hiccups at my stay. The room was not available after a long drive and ready to check in by 3 PM. It took about two hours for us to get into our room. Our room was amazing and had a great view, And I love the Idea of a home away from home. The breakfast, Although free, was not great. I honestly would rather a curated menu with delicious food to pay for. Staff were friendly , valet was amazing, and I would stay here again, but I would not eat the breakfast.
