5/5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay at the Marriott Philadelphia! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Marriott in Philadelphia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the amenities were top-notch, and the city views were stunning. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the perfectly stocked toiletries, was thoughtfully prepared. The hotel’s location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore historic landmarks, great restaurants, and local attractions. Plus, the on-site dining was a highlight; the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out most was the atmosphere — it felt like true hospitality. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the fitness center, radiated quality and care. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Philadelphia — you will love it here!

The hotel elevators were unbelievably egregious. Everytime I tried to go into one, they were always packed with people, and they stopped at every single stop. I've been through countless elevators -- Chicago, China, you name it -- but never have I ever been through elevators this horrendous. At one point, after 14 or so minutes of waiting, we found the elevator just wouldn't show up. 16 flights of stairs down to the base level. I wouldn't wish such an experience on the man I hate most.

Despite the business at the hotel due to a convention, we received relatively prompt service and had no issue with finding the room. The room was excellent with no cleanliness or comfort issues.
