I will never stay here again.
I do not recommend. Though the property seemed in well shape and well maintained, this place is a facade; everything seems great but if you look carefully it is not. I gave 1 star in communication because it was never communicated to me in any way prior to check-in that I had to pay for parking! Also, I was not informed that besides paying for my stay I had to leave a deposit. I was asked to signed paperwork saying things such as "I was responsible to ask for a parking pass and display it or I could be charge for parking again", I felt like a second class citizen. I was not expecting too much of this place because of the price, but by the time I was done paying for parking and extra fees, I might as well had stay at the Double Tree. The place looks clean and well kept with the occasional used condom on the ground. The bed was comfortable, the room was roomy. The shower was a nightmare; No water pressure and it is so loud! I told them they're just wasting water in that room because the water didn't rise completely to the shower head, most of it was still coming out on the bottom, by the time I was done the tub was full of water. The faucet and shower head were loose. I could hear the next room shower of how loud it is. There were people outside shouting to each other obscenities 2 out of the 3 nights there. Breakfast is only a waffle maker, drinks and moldy muffins. Just spend the extra $50 some place else.

The shower was a bit wonky and had to be propped up to drain. Overall, the hotel was very nice and the desk attendant was very polite.

We found our queen bed studio with kitchen to be clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay. My complaint was there was no cookware to cook my food in. There were dishes, silverware, cups and glassware. But NO pots or pans. I have food allergies special dietary needs, so I brought my own bkfast foods to prepare in the morning. Called the front desk, she seemed surprised that no cookware was in the unit. Said to come to front desk to get some. My husband drove around to office and was told there was nothing left in the box to give us? Nothing she could do. Was disappointed to say the least. So we left in the morning in search of something safe for me to eat.

Couches were dirty. Hair in the shower and on chairs is definitely a negative. Room is small for a suite with a king size bed. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. I awakened with terrible back pain.

Check in was easy. The room I reserved was ready on time. It could've been cleaned more thoroughly and the tub drain didn't work properly and the water was extremely hot. For a quick night it would be ok.

I don't understand how Hotel could charge so much and be so expensive and all your furniture is all outdated and old really disappointing also the faucet in my bathroom sink was also broken I hope you guys don't take my $50 away for that because I did let the clerk at the front desk know about it they never fixed it while I was there : ill take my money somewhere else next time

The room was good. The issue I had was hearing the water run in the shower from the room on the other side of the wall. It was quite annoying. Other than that, the room was very good.
