The stove and the plug in socket did not work and the tube water did not drain and was rusted. I had to go to another hotel to bath my child where my sister was staying (residence inn on island ave)

The property had airport shuttle options listed on Expedia but it does not offer such services. I had to take rideshare to get to the hotel which cost me more money (it now does not have airport shuttle options listed). I got to my room and it was freezing. The thermostat was not working. It took over an hour for them to move me into a new room. The USB outlets in the new room did not work.

I absolutely loved this place , everything about it . It’s big , clean and jus all around lovely. I will definitely stay again. I felt just like an apartment. I had the 2 br suite to host a sleepover. It was about 8 of us. Great location and convenient. There’s parking and breakfast…. Great job building this place!!!!!!

When I first got there to check in the person in front of me was complaining about towels and slow service. That should have been a sign for me. I get checked in and learn I have to pay for parking I go look for my room. My room was on the upper level. I put in my profile that I can’t do steps. So I called the office and they wanted me to come back and they would change the room. No I already spent a half an hour checking in (slow). Later on went to take a shower and the plumbing was unbelievably LOUD not only in my room but also had to hear the plumbing every time whoever pipes were connected to the same line. The tub and shower ran at the same time. Shower wouldn’t run on its own. I called the office and was told that has been a problem and maintenance would come in the morning. No one ever showed. My quiet weekend get away wasn’t so quiet. The bed linen also could have been been better. Other than those hiccups no complaints.

There was no previous notice that there would be a $10 parking fee. Since there was no hotel shuttle offered I didn't expect a fee for parking. Breakfast was very limited and not ready at 6am as advertised. Room was nice, bed and linens were good. Close to the airport so you could hear the airplanes which is to be expected.
