There was no hot water. The room wasn't level and the bed was on an incline. The painting was extradianrily sloppy. Details of the interior were unsatisfactory. This is not an 8.0 rating hotel. It's a 1 or 2 out of 10 at best. It was also dirty.

No the room was not clean well or on time. Mind you room was suppose to be ready at 3 the room was not until 430pm. Cleaning was done by a drunk guy who friend by the room with a bottle of wine or alcohol to talk to him. Disrespectful behavior, the owner came up to see why we awere standing in the hall and asked if everything was ok, I said the room wasn’t ready and it 430 it should have been at 3. He did not respond just hurried the guy for us to get in.

Overall, it was a good experience. It's a fair hotel. The room is good, spacious, clean. The beds are comfortable and fresh. The TV was enormous. Outside the room, the hotel is a bit less shiny, but overall in a good condition.

After arrival and viewing the lobby and our room conditions my wife and did not stay at the Philly Inn & Suites. The room was not well kept, poor lighting and the bed was not made up good. I am requesting a full refund.

Very unique property with highly colorful decor, which was why we selected it. The staff was very friendly. The room seemed clean and recently painted. One of the blinds was falling down a bit, and the water pressure was terrible, but otherwise everything was in good decent repair. There was a LOT of noise early in the morning that woke us up repeatedly. Overall it was still a decent experience but slightly overpriced.

This place is the absolute WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. and that includes the cheap motel in San Francisco that has a rat running loose inside the unit.
