Decent Hotel. Would stay again

This was our first stay at this hotel. Based on this stay, we would definitely come back. The staff we dealt with was friendly. Parking was close by in the property ramp and included. The room was very spacious. We were in town for a concert at the Mann center, which was a very short drive. Would recommend the hotel install hooks in the bathroom since there were none, so no place to hang the used towels. There were places to eat within walking distance.

The staff were friendly and the place was fairly clean. Unfortunately Expedia had a lot of miss information and after I booked and then looked on other websites I received more accurate information. The idea of this place is neat but poorly executed. The bright colors and artistic feel is great but the overall feel is bad. The manager or owner uses incense and the smell is overwhelming. The cleaners must also use it when cleaning and our room was miserable the smell was so potent. Our shower had only one door when it should have had 2. The chair in our room was missing a wheel. No workout area (on Expedia it said they had one and we have a high school athlete). There is no areas to lounge or hang and the location is in an industrial area so very little to go to. The bus was easy to access though. And Expedia also reported it was within walking distance from the main downtown area… NOT EVEN CLOSE.

The room itself was huge, there were some spots on the bathroom door that could have used some paint. We found no access to channels on the tv, which was HUGE, luckily we were able to sign into one of my streaming services. Each floor seemed to have a different "smell"/air freshener. Accessing the property was tricky, no left turn in, push button to access pulling to doors to check in and parking (which was severely limited with no designated handicap parking. For the price the hotel was okay, but I would not stay again or recommend to family or friends.

This properly is extremely run down and extremely sketchy. Everything looked dirty. There was no hot water and the beds were uncomfortable. The front desk staff were nice but I just never felt comfortable at all and feel I need to do a deep clean of all my belongings. Was hoping for a better visit.

The staff was polite and courteous and the rooms were clean. Only one working elevator. Parking was altogether awful. Few spots of which none were available at the time of check-in and extremely limited onsite. We had to park across the street at night, a highly busy road as well. Not sure what can be done about that with the limited space they have, but still a huge negative.
