We just recently were in town for a wedding and stayed at this property 1/23-1/25.
At the time of check-in, hotel power was out and was restored at 5pm. We unfortunately had to miss the rehearsal dinner as we had planned to shower/get ready and go, due to the power being out.
The room was not fully stocked with soaps, the had left an empty bottle in the shower. Not a large deal but I did have to go and ask for more.
Another thing that bothered us was the condescending attitude of the housekeeper. Saturday morning around 1030 she had knocked and I had told her we were leaving our room in roughly 10 minutes and we would be out of her hair. We were out all day and came back to the hotel at 345-4pm. I had answered the door and she stated she was unsure if we were in the room or not and proceeded to tell me that we will not be getting any housekeeping service because her shift was soon ending and told me if I needed towels etc. to go get it myself. I explained to her that we were out of the hotel room for over 5hours, she still got snippy with me. Very sad.
The one thing I will say is that the hotel is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants which was nice. The coffee shop inside the hotel was good too. Sad that the best part of the trip was the coffee.
I don’t think we will be returning.
