No AC

I had no air conditioning. I turned it down when we went to bed but it never cooled. I struggled to sleep. My son had to keep getting a cold towel for his head. Just very uncomfortable.

The hotel is okay. Stayed for a few nights. It locates in front of the train tracks. That’s a big distraction. The whirlpool is small ( 3 people the most) and the jet is very weak. The carpet smells funky and old. No stores around

The train tracks next to the property mean loud train passings every hour or so, I was near the elevator too which was really loud. The AC unit in my room was super loud as well. On the up side the breakfasts were good.

The air conditioner did not work, the air filters were filthy, the bathroom sink was broken, the tub had rust all over it, the leather dining chairs were peeling, the living room did not have enough furniture, the table there was full of glue from falling apart.

Great hotel.

It’s in a great location. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Our room had an air conditioner that didn’t work. They quickly gave us a new room and made sure that we could stay close to the other room my older children were in. The beds could be a little more comfortable they seem to be on the older side. Overall for the money spent I couldn’t be happier.

This was a nice property staff was very friendly. I came for work which was walkable to the office building. There was a large breakfast selection which was nice to have as well. The only negative was the tub drain was slow draining so every time I showered, the water would fill in the tube, then I would have to clean the tube from the soap residue.
