I have stayed at this hotel quite a bit this year. It has been 4 different times I leave the hotel in the morning and return with my bed not made or trash removed. Once I had to ask the maid myself to make sure my room was cleaned but otherwise I come back to the hotel with bed not made, dirty towels are still on the floor and trash can not emptied. For as much as it cost to stay there, small gestures mean a lot. This was my favorite hotel but I see I have to seek out better accommodations.

First impressions matter. Whenever going through the entrance of the hotel the staff members would always have their heads down as if they wanted to avoid to speaking to whoever entered/exit. Some people got free breakfast while others like me had to pay for it. Thought that was very ridiculous. The elevators were filthy. Parking was good even though you had to pay $25.00 a night to park.
