Loved everything! Hotel staff location/lobby bar/breakfast restaurant and choices room service or eat in! Bday weekend/reunion w/an old college friends! The location was perfect and the room was great! We reallly enjoyed our time at this hotel and will stay here again when we are in Philly. The staff was among the best we've ever experienced in our travels - and we stay at quite a few hotels a year. We loved the staff here and our room. Great choice.

It’s usually a good hotel, centrally located. I’ve stayed here before but this time the valet parking service was a disaster and tainted the stay. It was ok on checkout but at check in there were a bunch of empty cars piled up and only one attendant there, doing next to nothing. Took about 15 minutes to get him to give me a ticket for my car. He wasnt really even clearing the mess of backed up cars.. Just mostly standing there. There needed to be at least 2 more attendants and someone to take charge. I told the front desk clerks at check in and check out and they didn’t seem to care. I’ll prob pick a diff hotel next time.

A very nice, conviniently located hotel. the room was very nice, updated and clean. Although I espessially appreciated an electrical tea pot - a nice touch that can only be found in Europe.
