The staff especially at Liberté restaurant and breakfast room were super nice. Location is also very convenient; Liberte bar/restaurant had nice food and nice atmosphere.

The room was clean, the staff were just fine especially the house keeping. Though I did not like the fact that the room service stopped at 10.30 pm. But the biggest complaint I have is about lost and found. I had left a sweater in the cupboard under the tv and told my daughter to contact the hotel and pick it up. Despite many phone calls to the hotel the lost and found never returned her calls, and I was not able to retrieve my sweater. Bad point!
