I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. It operates entirely without a front desk, so everything is automated. This means if you get locked out of your locker downstairs, there’s no one to help you open it. Any deliveries must be picked up yourself, as there’s no service to bring them to your door. The bathroom fan in my room is triggered automatically when you walk by and stays on for 30 minutes. It’s extremely noisy and there's no way to turn it off manually. The hotel also has rigid check-in and check-out policies, so you can't check in early or check out late, even if your plans change unexpectedly.（even worsely, you downloaded app and found you can’t change on the app either.) Customer service is remote, and they don't seem to fully understand or address on-site issues. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear everything from the staircase nearby, as well as parties on the first floor and the cleaning staff in the neighboring rooms. Every morning, I was woken up early by the noise. Additionally, the parking lot noise from trucks unloading was unbearable. Overall, it was an incredibly noisy and inconvenient experience. I would not recommend staying here.

I think it was a great property to stay at. Very convenient that there are a lot of dining options around even in the same building. The only con was there was no water dispenser? There is a rite aid or a few grocery stores nearby to buy but it would’ve been great to refill my hydro flask. Other than that the check in/out process was easy.

Nice stay in fun ‘hood, but showers need attention
Have stayed at this property maybe 20 nights so far this year. It’s always good. Clean. Comfy bed. Adequate pillows and towels. Good location. A few things need attention, tho: the shower amenities are hard to use because the pump dispensers don’t work. Also, the shower floor is dangerously slippery. I’m not a klutz; it’s just far too easy to slip. Twisted my knee, in fact. Please install mats in the showers! I could see a real disaster happening with an older or less surefooted guest.

This was our first trip to Philly and the location of this was great. We were able to walk to Liberty Bell. Everything was very convenient. The hotel it self was very cool, loved how secure it was, everything was clean, would definitely stay there again in the future!
