We enjoyed our stay at Sonder and found the self check-in process convenient. The room was clean and comfortable; however, the sink near the fridge area was clogged. We didn’t really need it, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The area felt very safe and was within walking distance to most of the popular attractions. There is a rooftop access with chairs and tables, but it’s not very organized and feels more like a storage area for the facility. I would return to Sonder the Queen without a doubt. For a couple looking for a comfortable, clean place to rest and recharge, it felt perfect to us. If you’re looking for a more premium experience with amenities for a family, it might not meet all of your expectations.

The room was spacious for 3 people and it was clean. I like how we had access to more toiletries if needed and has access to a filtered water machine. I really like the location of the hotel as there are many options for food within walking distance. The hotel is located at a very prime location in Queens Village. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Philly again!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. It operates entirely without a front desk, so everything is automated. This means if you get locked out of your locker downstairs, there’s no one to help you open it. Any deliveries must be picked up yourself, as there’s no service to bring them to your door. The bathroom fan in my room is triggered automatically when you walk by and stays on for 30 minutes. It’s extremely noisy and there's no way to turn it off manually. The hotel also has rigid check-in and check-out policies, so you can't check in early or check out late, even if your plans change unexpectedly.（even worsely, you downloaded app and found you can’t change on the app either.) Customer service is remote, and they don't seem to fully understand or address on-site issues. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear everything from the staircase nearby, as well as parties on the first floor and the cleaning staff in the neighboring rooms. Every morning, I was woken up early by the noise. Additionally, the parking lot noise from trucks unloading was unbearable. Overall, it was an incredibly noisy and inconvenient experience. I would not recommend staying here.

I think it was a great property to stay at. Very convenient that there are a lot of dining options around even in the same building. The only con was there was no water dispenser? There is a rite aid or a few grocery stores nearby to buy but it would’ve been great to refill my hydro flask. Other than that the check in/out process was easy.
