Great great buy for the location a few blocks from Rittenhouse Square shopping and restaurants. Hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was very responsive. The only thing we didn't love was the $20 "destination fee" that was added to the parking on top of the daily rate. Valet parking is nice, but in hindsight, there were many other cheaper options a block or two away.

Very walkable and convenient to Center City and Rittenhouse Square. Comfortable but small rooms. Getting little worn out and aging. Not the staff’s fault but a homeless man ran in and pulled the fire alarm at 3:00 AM

I stay here often. This time I tried to check in a couple hours early and they told me my room was available but that I would have to pay a $50 early check-in fee. I travel very often and I have never heard of this. I ended up having to argue with the lady at the front desk to not pay $50 extra. Ultimately the manager took the charge off, but it was a ridiculous thing to have to do. The lady at the front desk said that all hotels do this, but I know for a fact that that is not true. This made for an unpleasant experience from the second. I got there.

This hotel is not worth the price. It’s like a basic 2 star hotel, I felt like I was at an Econlodge or Red roof Inn. Then they charged us an extra day even though we checked out before the time, so we had to get our bank involved. I would never stay here again. Another issue is having to wait about 30 minutes to get your car from their parking garage.
