Very friendly front desk staff, clean hotel. Breakfast was better then most these days at hotels with a variety of hot and cold option and in weekends till 10:30am. Close to shopping centers with great stores. Great for families because of the suites.

We stayed just one night to rest our heads for a day trip. The breakfast was great in the morning. Your typical options but everything was hot and ready. The lady was always around to help and provided us a bag so we can take things to go. The front door of the room wasn't sealed for noise. so we heard footsteps, talking, and anything happening in the hallways. It's a good thing we had a second bedroom. The room had everything we needed to create a meal, but we ordered out. It was nice to have plates, utensils and actual glasses to have with our meal. Service around 7pm came to ask if we needed our garbage taken out which is a nice touch. This way our room wasn't smelling with food from eating. We did smell others who were cooking, good thing it smelled nice.

The shower took over 15 minutes to get warm. I ended up using a washcloth to clean myself because I had an appointment I was going to be late for. The shower head was filthy. The surfaces were dusty. A drawer for the bathroom sink did not open because of faulty construction. And worst of all, I got absolutely no sleep because of the pull out mattress. It was completely ripped and there was no support or padding at all. I was offered to switch rooms, but that mattress was also exactly the same. Horrendous!!!

Great studios and suites. Could do with having the wooden furniture and cabinets either touched up, or better still, replaced. You can tell that they’re old. Super comfortable beds! You have to request housekeeping services if you want it or they don’t seem to come on their own. Usually breakfast is quite good, with fresh fruit and do it yourself waffles. They have a happy hour Monday to Thursday with great beer and decent wine plus bar food. Overall a very good hotel if you don’t mind the furniture being a bit rough.

I did not have a great stay. The staff was very nice. The lobby was OK. I didn't care for the rooms. I do not want to go into detail but I was here for two days and I'm so grateful I didn't sign up for all 3 days of my trip. I went to another hotel.

Excellent customer service and comfort

Quick two night stay for a family holiday visit. We booked an accessible room for my mom who has physical disabilities. It was everything we needed. Pull out couch was handy but not so comfy so the staff came quickly with an egg crate mattress cushion and extra duvet for our comfort. Other than the breakfast running out of eggs an hour before it wrapped up, everything was great!
