There is some construction going on that makes the layout a bit confusing, but even with that, we had a very pleasant 3 day stay in a comfy clean room, great bathroom, nice common areas, and a fabulous, accommodating staff. Also attached to a really fun restaurant/bar, Louie Louie. Great location for the University and Penn Medicine facilities.

1. Shower drain not working properly 2. Hot water took a long time to warm up 3. Too many charges that didn't really add to my overall positive experice (delivery charges, service charges) that a plain bagel sandwich w egg, bacon and cheese ended up to cost $33 dollars! I will hesitate to consider/stay at this hotel again. Not to mention the hotel is relatively older than other hotel in the vicinity as I have stayed at both at the Studio and the Sheraton just a few blocks away.
