We were unable to sleep due to uncontrollable loud guests! The staff attempted to intervene a few times but unfortunately it did not stop and there was no other solution offered. We were unable to fall asleep Until 4 am. This was my first stay. I loved everything else about the Inn! I was disappointed that I was not offered any sort of compensation!

The room was lovely, bright and cheery with lovely art on the walls. there was plenty of counter space, and we had ample room for 3 of us in our 2-queen room. The bathroom was very nice with a lovely walk-in shower. The elevator was broken while we were there, and taking the stairs to the second floor with luggage was not fun. I'm assuming this is temporary. We ate breakfast in the morning at the hotel's restaurant and the food was great.

Great experience, only negative for some people would be the out of order elevator. I was only there for one night, so I only had one small bag to carry up the two flights of stairs.

Poorly designed bathroom..no hooks, surface area, trickle shower that nevertheless splattered. Closet/ wardrobe had no room for long dresses or coats. Spacious room, easily controlled temperature, close to Railroad and campus. Convenient.

The Inn is in a prime location which is great! Unfortunately the elevator was out of service. Asking for someone to help me carry my bag up several flights to my room was an inconvenience to the front desk clerk. And further, the front desk personnel were unfriendly at best, rude at worst. The Inn could be wonderful. But the reality is that it is not!
